Where do you ship from?
I send packages from Jakarta, Indonesia.
Do you ship to my country?
Due to the Covid-19 restrictions, I can only ship to the US right now. I will add more countries if these restrictions are lifted. There may be unexpected changes from the postal system as well, so if your order is impacted, I will be sending out notices via e-mail.
When will my packages be shipped?
If an item is on pre-order, then it depends on the specified estimated shipping time in the product page. Otherwise, packages are sent out twice a week. The estimated delivery time is as follows:
☆ EMS Packages: 1-2 weeks
☆ Regular mail: 3-4 weeks
Do I get tracking with my package?
All packages will come with a tracking number. You can track your package in this link, but local post office website should be able to track it as well! (E.g. USPS, Auspost, etc)
My order hasn't arrived in the estimated shipping time yet!
Covid-19 restrictions may delay the delivery of your package. However, if it has been around 5 weeks after shipment and you still haven't received your order, please contact your local post office and give them the tracking number. Unclaimed mail may be sent back to me, and it will cost you more to get it sent a second time. You can contact me at ([email protected]) for any further info.
I'd like to cancel/change my order!
You can only cancel the order before it's sent out. If you want to make changes to your order, I will refund you and you can order it again. Please contact me at ([email protected]) for any changes to your order.
What are your store's return/exchange/refund policies?
You are eligible for refunds/replacements if:
☆ The package arrives damaged and without any sort of padding (e.g polyfoam board or bubble wrap)
☆ You receive the wrong item/the ordered item is missing from the package
